Employee Birthday Anniversary Report Enhancements

The following enhancements have been applied to the Employee Birthday Anniversary Report:

• A Select by dropdown gives you the option to run the report by Primary Department or Benefit Group:

  

• Multi-select list boxes have been added for Primary Departments and Benefit Groups. The Primary Departments list boxes are enabled only when Primary Department is selected from the Select by dropdown:

  

  When enabled, at least one department must be selected.

  The Benefits Group list boxes are enabled only when Benefit Group is selected from the Select by dropdown:

  

  When enabled, at least one benefit group must be selected.

  The Employee Status list box is always enabled and requires at least one selection.

• A Report Type dropdown gives you the option to run the report in the standard format (Report Only) or as a grid (Export) that can be filtered and sorted as necessary and exported to Excel:

  

  Selecting Export disables the Month dropdown; data for all months displays in the grid but can be filtered and sorted.
